Environmental Measurements Labroratory (ELM)
On March 1, 2003, ELM was transitioned to the U. S. department of Homeland Security (DHS). Currently, certain administrative functions are being shared between DOE and DHS, included maintenance of Privacy Act systems of records.

a.  Current or former employees should contact DOE-CH for their records concerning -
            Employment
            Security
b.  Current or former employees should contact DHS* for their records concerning -
            Exposure
            Payroll
c.  Current employees should contact DHS* for their Medical records.

d.  Former employees should contact the U.S. Department of Energy, FOIA/Privacy Act Division, 1000 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20585 (Tel: 630/252-5955; FAX: 202/586-0575) for their Medical records.

e.  Visitors to EML should contact DHS* for their Exposure records.
